 The Company is established as a Social Enterprise. Its vision is to research, develop and deliver a range of innovative programmes to engage, educate and inform young people and their communities across Wales.
It does not aim to make a profit but acknowledges that surplus cash can be accrued. It is committed to using these surplus funds to further research and develop programmes. These programmes will focus on improving the confidence, skills and knowledge of young people in Wales.
The Company will be positioned so as to respond quickly and efficiently to the ever-changing needs of young people and their communities in Wales. It will remain a small establishment of 3 / 4 personnel. It will project manage programmes as well as sub contracting their delivery. The Company believes that the skills and experience to engage, develop and retain the interests of young people are readily available throughout Wales. The Company will establish a network and knowledge base of these skills and make use of these resources to deliver its programmes.
The Company will continue to work and further develop its links to with educational establishment across Wales.
The Company will work to support the principles of Clubs for Young People Wales (B&GCW). It will work closely with the Clubs for Young People Wales Headquarters to establish a synergy between to two organisations.
